I know BCG gvae $250 and Bain monitor/keyboard + $150 for ergonomics, curious about other consulting firms

I am from India and working in europe(belgium) full time, it's still work from home and no one knows about where you are working from.

If I work from india for a year or around 8months, what are the taxation complications,
Or they won't realise anything if I just file my taxes as normal as been in europe?

Any ideas thoughts/suggestions.

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? First time visiting this city so it’d be great to take in some sights too (although that’s not a priority of course).

How does one go about a resignation mid-leave when you would start the new job before the leave ends? Two weeks notice or just say I am not returning effective the day of the new job? Can anyone offer advice for helping with adderall side effects? I was diagnosed a few months ago and I am new to medication. I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired. Doctor recommended 10mg ir mid day to combat but I still experience pretty severe fatigue as a side effect. Just wondering if anyone has found any natural strategies to cope or mitigate. Thanks!
