There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. 🐠, need opinions/advice. Persistent recruiter asked me to consider having an exploratory convo with a company for a VP role even though I’m not looking to make a switch. That casual convo has morphed into two interviews this week, one with an SVP and EVP and one with the global head of the practice. It would be a $65k bump in salary. Worth going through with it?
