What advice do you have for someone 2 years out from applying to b-school?

90 Days notice period has 2 phases.

Initial phase - Candidates struggling to get interview calls.

Ending phase - Companies struggling to match a higher offer.

30 days notice period can really solve everyone's struggle.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments

But whenever I am facing interviews, i am getting to know about a lot of new things which I was not aware of which is making me feel depressed ? Because I have knowledge of a lot of stacks but don't have knowledge of anyone in depth making me feel insecure now.

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

I was initially considered for an insights and analytics Manager - experience management opportunity, aced all the interviews and the recruiter got back to me saying they really liked me but are considering me for a Senior Consultant position in order to ‘set me up for success’, and that I could be promoted to manager anywhere within 3 to 6 months..

Had an interview with a second year current student. I only saw her when the interview started. Name and contact info of the interviewer have not been provided. Is it okay to not write thank you letter? Felt the interview went okay.
