I am offered 15L fixed in Accenture global strategy and consulting ACN which is very less considering I come from big 4 where I will be missing out my bonus if I join Accenture now.
Also they are offering level 11 (analyst)- Is is not correct to ask for Consultant designation ?

I’m quitting my job tomorrow morning. I don’t have a new job lined up. I’m scared, but also excited? I’ve felt under utilized for months, and haven’t had a promotion after two years. I never take risks like this, but life is too short. Is this a bad choice?

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. Unfortunately, I’ve overdone the booze several times, including once with people outside our company. I’m early in my PE career and I know how important reputation is. What can I do to deal with this?

A large part of my job involves building models or making reports that involve copying numbers from one document to another. Sometimes, if I get interrupted, I lose my train of thought and make mistakes in getting the right number. Nothing disastrous has happened, but I’m trying to figure out how to get better at not losing my train of thought when doing work that basically involves looking up numbers from various documents. Any suggestions?

Received an offer today from Twilio for a L3 program manager (non tech) for 125 base, 60k equity, and a 15k sign on (essentially 140k TC). I currently make more than this and have offers higher than this on the table. Anyone have insight on how much I can counter?

Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs .
