What are program mgrs making in comp @ director level in industry. Friend is getting 155k base + 20% bonus and 80-90k in options (5 year vest). Good or not for industry in mid atlantic area?

How many days can we expect to get any confirmation on the offer ? My HR round is done and salary discussion is also done but after that nothing from their side..

Just venting. College friend (same ethnicity but came to US with family as a kid) told me she might get a new job offer w a smaller firm, 50% pay bump. We currently work at comparable big firms but her pay is already higher than mine (hers include stocks, mine doesn’t). We did equally well in college & I know I’m just as smart. Can’t help but feel like my career’d have been much better if I did not need sponsorship. Smaller firms don’t sponsor so I work at a big firm but pay isn’t great 🙄
