Alvarez & Marsal Can anyone at Alvarez & Marsal provide insight to PEPI P&L interview case? Am told I’m doing a “verbal case” where the interviewer flashes a P&L and some questions. Interested in the complexity/difficulty here. Followed by an “analytical excel case” but that seems to be some pivots and clearing a table. Any insights help!
Sainsbury's Has anyone interviewed at Sainsbury's DTD? I have a Tech + Behavioural Competency Interview scheduled for a Cloud Engineer role and would like to know how it would be?
Any employees who are currently working in DTD?
Could you please shed some light on how the general work culture is and how's the hybrid working flexibility?
Thanks in advance!

McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hiiii! I’ve been at my job for a year and a couple of months now & I’ve gotten rather bored because the work is repetitive, not challenging, and hasn’t really allowed me to learn or grow as much as I would’ve liked to. Given how I’m still paying a ton of money for my postgrad in Business Comms (that I haven’t really gotten the chance to use), I’ve been thinking of entering the world of consulting. Any word of advice? PwC McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group KPMG

Good luck getting an unbiased answer. Whether it’s a question for the interview or just doing your homework, one of the most accurate ways I’ve found to tell how good an agency/team is is to look at the places people have recently left for. I’ve worked where people leave for top agencies and at others where they get out of the business altogether. Both accurately reflected the culture of the agency and quality of the work, leadership and talent there.
I always like to ask them to share a little about the dynamics between the creative and account department.
I always ask what’s one thing you’d change about the company. If they give a bullshit answer, I take it as a lack of honesty. If they give a real answer, it shows trust and transparency, two things I look for in team members.
you’ve got to look for the nonverbals within the answers to these questions. especially if you’ve got account and creative paired together for the interview. signs of tension, uncomfortable body movements usually mean they’re telling you what you want to hear, and not what’s actually happening. good luck ... it’s worse than dating
