What are some of the indications that a person is depressed?

For the past few months, I pretty much kept on overthinking all the time, I don't feel like working & not able to focus on my work etc. My productivity is getting hampered.

Trying to complete a personal project before applying for new jobs, that is also not being completed. Just scrolling LinkedIn, searching for the jobs wrt my skill sets & saving them. Being reluctant to update my resume and apply etc.

Hello Everyone. I have been promised an on-site opportunity to Europe in Feb 2022. My visa was also set to be processed but then the company stopped with this and started stating that it is pending for approval from client. It’s been more than 6 months now. Can I anybody help me? Is it realistic to wait for this opportunity or should be changing my company as I am currently in this company only for the sake of on-site which was promised to me

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

Any McK people out there who would be willing to have a quick chat? Considering applying for the associate role. Would love get some feedback/guidance on the application/interview process.

What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give.
