How do you feel about your temporary arrangement becoming semi permanent?

I've been doing well so far and I have a comfortable setup but Zoom is not a long-term substitute for being physically in the same space.

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

Has anybody else experienced (what seems like) irreversible physical damage from working long hours? I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.
