FEMA Independent Study Program. Fredrick Community College will then transfer them as college credits for $90 per credit hour. I just went through this process, and it’s a fraction of the time and about half the cost of taking college credits through a community college.

like

Cool! Which state board did you applied to? And did you enroll in the emergency manager program at Fredrick?

Take free classes online. Find a community college that will accept the credits and pay the transfer fee.

Thoughts on buying pre-construction homes in markets that are popping and flipping selling them when construction is complete?

My uncle does this (he’s a realtor) and usually gets 2-3x return. Obviously there is huge risk because property prices can change a lot in 1-2 years, but at the same time the upside is hard to ignore.

Anyway I protect myself against the downside risk? (other than loosing my down payment)
