What are the primary daily tasks of a community manager? I feel like companies all have their way of describing these stipulated tasks. I'm considering a move to another company but in the same department. I would like to know if it's the same or different across companies.

In my experience, daily tasks include creating and scheduling content (ranges from social media posts to newsletters). Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and searching new opportunities to improve brand marketing. Monitoring my brand's key performance indicators using various analytics tools. Responding to a ton of emails.

Hi there! I think it's pretty much the same. But some duties vary only depending on your priority.

Mine's more on content creation and social media engagement. I don't think it's the same across companies. Go for it, OP and best of luck!

Why are you planning to move? And how long have you been working there? I suggest you give it some time.

It's probably different. Most companies have different products and services. So your daily tasks really depend on that.

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete? I didn’t say anything when I signed because I was desperate for a PE offer but it seems so unfair as I am just a lowly associate. I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.
