What are the utilization goals for WNTS in the B4 (plus GT, etc.)?

I’m in my 2nd year in audit. I want to pivot into management consulting within a big 4 or MBB. Has anyone seen someone make this lateral movement? I’m not sure how feasible that is and what steps to take. I’m also down to discuss further with whoever is comfortable in connecting.

What were some challenges y’all faced this week?

I’ll start. Trying to get non local resources utilized. National Leadership thinks this is the answer to our problems but local leadership is hesitant.

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

Almost 4YOE at Big 4 TAS. Seen high turnovers this year. Thoughts on the following options: FPA vs. CorpDev vs. MM IB vs. MBA to BB/EB or MBB?

I have been tagged for this project that doesn’t start until June 10th. My utilization is going to drop significantly but at the same time the deployment team cannot present me elsewhere. Ugh!

Boston Audit Senior 1 to FDD Senior 1, P Dubs has given me a verbal confirmation they’re giving me the offer. What should I expect for salary range at Big 4 if I end up actually getting one and is there room for negotiation in FDD? Just don’t wana underprice myself.
