Kid is 20 months. In Montessori daycare since 5months of age.
5 days a week from 8am-6pm
Infant - 19 month group: $1500/mo.
20 months+ with potty training: $1200/mo
School offers $200 off for each subsequent child you have in the program as well.
What area are you in? We are getting much higher quotes
2200 for Montessori pre school, many was $22 per hour when we had her.
Nanny even and she was 45 hours a week.
WHAT I PAY IS NOT THE NORM, I fully recognize that.
At the peak of our daycare life, with 3 going full time, I was paying $1600 (total) a month. I'm down to 1 full time, and the other two come after school and they pick them up from school and I'm paying $1000 monthly. All food and snacks are included. There are no fees for early drop off (which parents can do at 6am) or late pick up (I've picked up as late as 730).
It is a small, in home, family daycare near Pasadena area.
It's a unicorn and I'm so grateful to have found it.
We pay ~$2100 for our 18 month old for daycare. When he was in the infant and younger toddler room where teacher:kid ratios were higher, we paid ~$2600
