What are your first red flags that a call is going to be bad? This guy yelled at me for 30 minutes about his insurance premiums going up...

If the client doesn't bother returning your hi or hello. Also if you're talking over the phone, you can hear the client breathing through his nose. Those are always the early signs of "things are about to get real" for me lol

Tooootally! Haha I think if they're not willing to say thank you for anything in the first 3 minutes, then you're in the trouble zone. You can also just tell so much with tone. Some people start the call out already irritated, and it's obvious!

When they start off by saying “This is the 3rd time I’ve had to call you guys today” lol

The overly friendly in the beginning then they go full-on Karen after verifying them. And then "I know it's not your fault" then they continue to swear and yell for 20 minutes straight. Oh well.

Has anyone been given an offer or received further movement on their application after a month or more from your last interview? I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day. It's really helped me come "out of my shell" and stepping outside of my comfort zone has given me more confidence than I ever thought it would.
