Hey everyone! I’m struggling to decide whether I should pursue a full time MBA or a Part Time MBA. Truly, what scares me about a full time one is the fact that I won’t work for two years. I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports.
