What are your thoughts on new business right now in general? Working on your agency's presence, reaching out to current clients, finding new industries or suggesting internal changes at home?

I will be moving to Australia from the US in a couple of months. I was wondering what would be the best way for me to transfer the money in the US bank account to Australia? Also what are some of the good banks that allow opening of accounts when the individual is not in Australia? Thank you for the help!

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

Hi Fishies, I’m 32yrs old and went with IVF due to male factor. I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? Hello biz dev folks! How are pitches going? I know summer is upon us but curious if the threat of recession is affecting anyone. I had my first client say they were holding off on an initiative due to that. But it could just be a good excuse. 😂.

I've been starting to work more in new biz at my agency and the president said in a meeting this afternoon that he wants to increase our close rate to "at least 50%" once we're at the pitch stage.
