They are my favorites. Normally it’s between 20-30 questions you can find online, everyone searches online to find questions to ask you at the interview, so as long as you have prepared those stories, you know what box you have ticked already. It makes you feel you are in control!
Use real life experience as inspiration not fact, draft a story hugely focus on how and what you have learnt from that event. It’s a great way to show your personality (when use real life experience) and ability to lead the meeting than answering standard interview questions which everyone knows the answers.
It's great - follow it through and you get to share a lot of who you are and what you can do.
