Tech Mahindra Hi Fishes,
I joined TCS 1.5 years back only in Oct20 as an Asso Consutlt (C3B).
in Jan22, I appeared for Tech Mah interview process and got selected as a Project Manager position, they have offered me 40% hike.
Currently I am on notice period, resigned from TCS last month but still not very convinced with my decision there is still a 2nd thought like whether should I join TechM (obviously bcoz of leaving TCS and its facilities, job security and no hire back policy).
Please guide me.

I’m going to go on a limb and say “none.”
Certifications tend to be very focused on a specific area, such as the Six Sigma cert that you referenced. Unless your focusing very specifically on this type of problem, and your firm is selling themselves based on the expertise they have in that functional area, they it may be valuable. But generally I would not spend time on getting certs unless it is for your own interest.
They mostly look at your previous work experience, undergrad education, and any graduate education you have. Consulting firms want smart, motivated people who are genuinely interested in the type of work they do.
