I’m going to go on a limb and say “none.”
Certifications tend to be very focused on a specific area, such as the Six Sigma cert that you referenced. Unless your focusing very specifically on this type of problem, and your firm is selling themselves based on the expertise they have in that functional area, they it may be valuable. But generally I would not spend time on getting certs unless it is for your own interest.
They mostly look at your previous work experience, undergrad education, and any graduate education you have. Consulting firms want smart, motivated people who are genuinely interested in the type of work they do.
PhD in pharma research over all
Python and a deep understanding of the US healthcare system will be much more valuable than any cert
