Just don't end up with a 4..

Wow. Only time will tell if people were let go because of performance or because need for services is slowing down. We all know that projects have not been selling and to pin underperformance of the company on employees is really $&@& #demoralized

Are layoffs over?

Are the layoffs tech or S&O?

My wife was informed a few weeks ago that she would be laid off as of end of year. She signed the paperwork and will be receiving a decent severance due to her tenure there. Now the company is saying they may have some other work for her to do for a few months and they could extend her contract if interested. If she says no, is she still eligible for her severance since she already signed her paperwork?
