I have had several rounds of interviews for a role at Visa London office. When I reached out to the HR to check on progress/status after what they called the "final round", they said everything is positive and then set up another round with the hiring manager last week. TBH, that round seemed as if they want to make sure I have understood the job well. And there has been radio silence after that. Any idea how to read this? I have another offer and deliberating if i should just accept that.
Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I know this is vague, but I am non-computer technical engineering by nature. I can kill every single take-home assignment put in front of me, as well as any presentation portion of the interview associated with that. BUT when it comes to a standard, in-person Interview (say the final round — behavioral questions), never seem to get past it. What are companies looking for at that level?
I’m not sure how you expect us to give you canned answers that you can use for a behavioral interview.
Teaming skills, handling objections, interpersonal skills and ability to have difficult conversations, examples of past performance leading a team. Lots to google on this topic
M1 I’m sorry that was your takeaway. The question is what types of attributes are attractive (e.g. "what do they look for”?), and examples are to help demonstrate how those attributes are conveyed.
I’m obviously not looking for canned answers to adopt. How would that even be possible?
