International worker authorization question: Does BCG accept pending i485 combo EAD card? Pending Green Card based on marriage. Valid for 2 years. My lawyer said i765 + i151 combo card doesn’t need sponsorship and I can work for anyone. Got an offer, now at background check stage. HR seems confused about what is pending i485 EAD and said she needs to check with legal/mobility team. Just want to know if BCG is okay with it. Thank you! Boston Consulting Group

Heard from a couple of colleagues who worked there. Higher pay, but mega toxic culture.
There are some senior peeps at AC that were awesome and pushed out during the mergers that ultimately became PS, but the people doing the pushing are gone now too.
Bit of a chaotic culture right now as we spin off Razorfish, but with chaos comes opportunity. North America has been struggling to meet projections the past 2-3 years but that appears to be stable now. Pockets of disenchantment from various legacy groups, tempered by teams that are really trying hard to make something of the culture.
Overall it really seems to come down to which account and which office you are looking at.

Only good place to work if you get on to good account with good leaders, else it’s going to be very tough ride. We have crowd, Very few strong leaders left with company because of cultural shift and values which made this company best place to work.
Which practice and geography? The company is going through a lot of change right now, so the experience depends on where you are in the organization.
Any info on the Salesforce practice ?
We bought Vertiba a few years ago, so the biggest part of our Salesforce practice is in NA, and growing. i7 is basically EMEA/APAC. We also have a new global practice leader from BlueWolf (Jason English), so things are looking up!
I hear they’re about to only get 20% of their target bonuses....
