What does an Implementation Analyst do in HCL
Currently I am working as QA Lead in ACN. I have 7 yrs of experience. I am attending client interview with HCL for the role of Implementation Analyst. So would like to know how would the questions be.
Also is the position equal to Lead level? Designation sounds like it is at a low level. HCL fishes, please clarify.

Hi everyone. I’m a front end software engineer. I’m interviewing next week for a solutions engineer at a company I really like, which I mistakenly applied for as I saw they needed ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Upon reading the job description, it’s clear I will be doing a lot of sales and client consulting over actually coding. I know they have a FE SWE role open. I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.
