What is salary range of lead associate in EYGds?
Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

I can’t comment on equity Partner, but income Partner compensation is around $300K.
I could be way off on this but from some of the conversations I’ve had with mentors, income and equity generally start fairly similar to each other, however the difference is the growth of equity partner over time. If you keep bringing in business the shares you can buy increase.
So in summary material difference in comp growth but probably not as material at the start
Not sure but given my comp + bonus I would expect Partner to be $250 +$50-90 in the early years.
To OP, I was approached from another firm for Partner and avoiding the hoops/pressures of making the case internally is a big draw. Certainly not enough on it's own but the idea of making a case even when you jave a track record and great coaches/mentors seems really stressful.
As to it being worth it - I think it depends on why. Beyond helping your clients your opportunity for team building and having an impact on people's lives is incredible. You can do a lot of good as a Partner in Big 4 for new graduates finding their way and helping experienced professionals reinvent themselves. And if that and the unqiue client challenges aren't a big draw I'm not sure the stress of the job would be worth it at any income. There are easier ways to make a buck.
So did you move to the other firm eventually? 😄 perhaps as equity partner ?
My understanding is that income partners net in around 260ish depending on the firm and equity partners get ‘units’ but not a pre-defined base salary as such + bonuses
260-300 TC?
US would be different though. But Canada, I wonder if waiting till you make partner is worth it. You’re super narrowed down in your area of focus when you exit and are now bogged down by the prestige of a role that the industry won’t match. (While the VPs at mid size companies probably make much more)
