What exactly does a “Chief (or Director) of Innovation” do? I can’t quite wrap my head around how innovation can be taught or managed. I’ve seen a growing number of certificate of innovation from Ivy Leagues but don’t really get it... but maybe I’m a dummy🙃 I’m just envisioning this role like Gavin Belson when he needs moonshots lol

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.
