How does ETFs work? My understanding is that there’s a team who manage the etf/fund - when you buy that etf, they take your money and purchase specific stocks that they selected within that etf. If the stocks in that etf go up, the value of your etf will go up, with a cut of the management fee for the team. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Unpopular opinion- I love being a younger female attorney. I use it to my advantage with old school male OCs. I find that I get what I want for me and my clients when I go with the strategy of “help me” rather than the overly aggressive ,”have something to prove” approach I see from my older female attorney mentors. I don’t get any less respect and everyone wins. 🤷🏻‍♀️
