Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

I don't know about daycare but FSA you can use all of it. If you quit January 15 and you set it up for $2,750 2020 you can use all of if prior to your quit date. So spend spend spend
This! If you're leaving at the beginning of the year, make sure you spend your full FSA. It doesn't matter that you have paid in the full amount through payroll.
Dependent care you can only get what you've put in. However, some providers will keep of record of receipts in excess of what you put in, and when you put more in via payroll, they will kick a reimbursement to you.
Funds are yours for rest of year. Yours
To use or rollover to a new plan.
Isn't that only for HSA? FSA is use or lose in most scenarios so unless you are in one you're typically better off burning it. It's been a few years since I've dealt with FSA though.
Kpmg2 depends on how your benefits plan is set up. Even if they give you a card you usually can still send in your receipts. If your company used some sort of website for all your benefits look up how it's set up.
