Graduating with a bachelor's in IT come May, have tons of management experience in the Healthcare setting and technical knowledge of various systems such as product development cycle, analyzing data and ITIL v4.

Thoughts on Citi's Leveraged Portfolio Group at the Analyst level? I'm curious if anyone has additional details on the group for an Analyst spot. What does the group focus on in terms of work, what are hours like, decent exit Ops, interview process etc? Got denied promotion. They claim because I need more technical experience and that I have everything else but I need stronger technical acumen and because I don’t have prior implementation experience.

So, I feel like is it even worth trying or should I cut my losses early and try something else. I don’t feel like anything victorious will come out of me trying harder but more work, more responsibility and lower pay.
