I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Why wouldn't you do criminal defense and family law? It's high volume work, but you can make pretty good money at it if you have a decent reputation and do some networking.
Most family law jobs I've seen recently want experience in that area, which I don't have. Tbh, I don't think I've ever seen criminal defense work listed as a plus. I have awhile to look for the right opportunity and don't have to go anywhere I don't want to right now so I'm lucky in that regard.
Yes. I can’t see a path for you into any other type of law.
What do you teach? That could also be something that may lead you into an area of law you hadn’t thought of. I can personally think of one individual I know who went to law school, then got a PhD in art history. He’s now in a second career after teaching as an art lawyer and loves it.
Well, crim law sounds like it could be a niche, then. Though white collar defense is probably the most lucrative option. Though everyone I know who does that previously worked doing white collar prosecution at the DOJ. Another option could be as a appellate lawyer focusing on crim law. That to me would be more cerebral, assuming of course you’d like being an appellate lawyer.
What type of law do you want to pursue?
