Depends entirely on what you want your path to be. You would say general cloud infra is a good starting point, just pick your hyperscaler and go for it.
All of the subsequent certs and paths generally require an understanding of infra & architecture, so if I was non or lightly technical that’s where I would start.
If you're starting out, the CompTIA A+ is a good cert to go for. It will give you a good foundation on hardware, software, security, and networking. And from that point you will probably want to pick whichever path and follow that.
