How feasible to change role at Visa inc
I have had several rounds of interviews for a role at Visa London office. When I reached out to the HR to check on progress/status after what they called the "final round", they said everything is positive and then set up another round with the hiring manager last week. TBH, that round seemed as if they want to make sure I have understood the job well. And there has been radio silence after that. Any idea how to read this? I have another offer and deliberating if i should just accept that.

I don’t know what an aNico is but Sr consultant salaries are ~150k in Chicago at WMP now. Source. Recruiter interviewed last month
SC in NYC base 145k but I’m sure practices have varying rates
What is EC base in NYC? I hear that bump from EC to SC is around 15% and that won’t even get me near 145 so I fear I’m getting underpaid.
Update for anyone who finds this:
The salary cap for the senior consultant role is $150k in Seattle. Quite a bit lower than what I’ve heard from larger consulting firms as well as boutique firms.
If you’re looking for more, the Solution Architect role seems to be ~$180k. Not amazing but, not awful.
Oof. Is there room to negotiate? Seems pretty low nowadays.
75th percentile, so you’d have to look at Big 4, MBB, Accentures of the world for higher comp. Hard to really say it’s low given I’m priced well above most my peers in our line of work
