I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

WFH is always a tough reference point but hours are normally 45-50/wk (maybe a bit higher for most during WFH). Comp is good, raises are great, bonuses are OK. Job security is excellent.
I really like the culture. I enjoy the personalities of my teams, people are really helpful and not competitive with each other, pretty supportive environment.
Drawbacks are we have more demand than supply in many practice areas right now, so staffing is tight and some people are working on projects outside their normal spaces.
WLB is usually pretty good, I’ve never felt shamed for saying no to something or taking PTO, but I guess it would depend on the team. Our company bowl has a lot of discussion around people not feeling like they can take time off without getting behind in work. Company is actively trying to address burnout.
A lot of people here are in it for the long haul and a lot of lifetime ZSers. Relatively young company (less than 40 years old) so we have principals here who have been with the company 30+ years and are typically more old school/conservative.
I’ve been here 4 years, started out of undergrad, have no plans to leave anytime soon, haven’t applied for other jobs since starting here.
I've been with ZS for 2.5 years now and agree with the posters above. Only differences for me are that I find the work really interesting (I'm part of a team doing mostly strategy projects) and worse WLB (60+ hour weeks)
Don't want to name my space, but you have the vibe with that guess :)
Did you get an offer? Heard it’s nothing to brag about. Interesting project, pay is good, but expect 50-60 hour weeks

I have been at ZS for < 6 months, so take my experience with a grain of salt. But I really like the people I’ve worked with so far and the culture here is excellent. Work won’t be the most exciting in the world but that’s okay
Been with ZS for 7 years now. Totally agreed with all comments from ZSers above.
WLB is bad but otherwise nothing to complain. People are very helpful. Teams are very supportive.
Been with ZS for 6.5 years - people and culture is as good as one would expect for a consulting firm. Pay is decent until you make manager. Manager the worst place to be, but below and above are pretty good. WLB is what you make of it, average is a 50 hour work week.
It's bad but if hike is good go for it.. money vs WLB
