What’s the realistic salary expectations post-pandemic for an experiential producer with 5+ years of experience and 8+ years of managerial experience (in multiple fields)?? Is everyone seeing a rise in lower paying jobs and starter roles?? Im in a role equivalent to my entry level college role which was almost 8 years ago.

Hi folks, is anyone working in the field of sustainability or food circularity / climate change etc and open to have a conversation. Looking for some pointers to enable pivot into such a role.

I have moderate-conservative views. My team, 6 other people, are all very left-leaning. Politics isn't usually discussed outright, but the liberal views frequently seep into our meetings. It's uncomfortable for me; I can't chime in when they talk about media, covid, news, etc. because I don't agree with their snuck premises. I get along with all of them and I don't think they realize I'm basically a closet conservative. Anyone else feel like a total outsider on their team?

Is moving from Senior Consultant title to Product Manager title a lateral / backwards move? Job description for PM role says 2-5 years experience, yet I have 5.5 in consulting (albeit not in a product environment). Hello all! I’m in the interview process for a 1 year contract-to-hire role. I have one final interview next week, but I really have enjoyed meeting the company. Should they extend an offer, I would be glad to accept, but I would prefer the contract to hire term to be shortened.
