What is the salary band for Microsoft Program Manager 2? I'm in the last round of interviews but I have another opportunity lined up and MSFT won't be able to make a decision before the deadline on my other offer.

My other opportunity total comp will be between 190k-220k. Would it be worth trying to ask them to extend the deadline, or should I ditch MSFT as I wont be making as much as a PM2?

I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked).
