I can tell you it'd be $140k-150k base salary for Accenture Strategy, if that's helpful (though we don't differentiate comp by location in the US - you'd make the same amount regardless of whether you're based out of NYC or a low COL city)
That kind of background sounds like it could be a good fit but likely depends a lot on the specific projects you've managed and its fit with the strategy sub-practice you'd want to align to.
I'd also say soft skills like executive presence, being able to have a structured approach to problem-solving, etc. will be just as important as your background.
The other thing I'd give you a heads up on is that some consulting firms might try to bring you in a level down if most of your experience isn't in consulting (e.g., Deloitte may try to bring you in as a Consultant) - your call on how hard you'll want to push back on that if it happens.
Let me know if you'd like a referral to Accenture Strategy, good luck!
$130 to $150k plus up to 20% performance bonus. Usually they look for closer to 6 or 7 yrs experience though if not homegrown.
