Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? Not sure if you have regular meetings set up based on your question. So, first, decide on a cadence that works for both of you. Monthly or bi-monthly. The agenda should be whatever you benefit from the most, it’s your time. An account update of work your on, with anything you want them to know about your progress or skills you’ve learned. When you have a moment to let a manager know things you’re doing, take advantage. Then, if you have any questions or blockers for things that are getting in your way, you can ask for their advice on how to navigate them. Lastly, if you are working towards a promotion or new role, talk about what you want to achieve next, things you’re doing to navigate that (training/shadowing someone in the role/ etc) and make sure it’s aligned with that they expect for you to be moving in the right direction.
So, past (what has happened) good or struggle, present (what is happening) and future (what you’d like to have happen)
Each meeting might be weighted differently in those areas depending on what is going on.
