I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.
Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

EY is now 16 weeks for pat and mat leave
I'm taking 6 months fully paid by combining with vacation. Ability to opt out of end of year review (CRT). Rating and bonus from prior year carries over.
Pwc is 6 weeks regardless
You get 2 weeks pre partum leave and then post partum leave starts after. Call HRSSC and they will build you a tailored plan, firm vacation days in there too (holiday shutdown). Opting out of CRT is always an option just need coach and RP approval
D1's correct on EY. That was announced this year now that I think about it
Last years
2 weeks guaranteed. 6 weeks if you're the primary care giver. Must be taken within 6 months of child's birth. Not sure about anything else
sorry, that was paternity***
Tell us how you did that
Caring over your rating from the previous year is the most awesome piece. I was able to figure it the 6 month leave (maternity + loa + pto + a few weeks unpaid) but the year end rating is a killer when I came back. Getting rated against peers against a different time frame is unfair at best.
PWC is 6 months for maternity leave. I'm not sure what's paid versus not, but I had a colleague go out last August and she was still promoted. Deservedly so.
