Hi All!
I am currently a Senior Software Engineer(Backend) with 4 YOE. My current CTC is 21LPA (All Fixed) with additional Yearly bonus. I got a call from Google (Pune/Bangalore/Remote) for Software Engineer - Backend. I have the following doubts but any insights are welcome -
1. Does the lower designation offered make any difference?
2. Kinda ambiguous, but what kind of hike or ballpark pay can I expect?
3. Any similar interviews experiences or focus areas I should prepare for?
Hi fishes, can you please tell me why do ppl say join EY GDS and not EY India. I am into Java Fullstack, yoe-4, location -Pune recently cleared online test and given interview and later get to know it's EY India not GDS. Now m worried should I join or not. I have 2 other offers from WITCH companies. EY EY India

Great question. I typically run 3 rounds: initial screen for values alignment and communication, second for problem-solving and skills depth, and a final one to test collaboration and culture fit. Final decision usually weighs heavily on feedback consistency across interviewers and the candidate’s ownership mindset.
