Is Accenture > BIG4?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Saw this at a bargain store today

Salary bands for “integrative” and “expert” track starts at the same level for each grade (eg associate = specialist start) but integrative are expected to “grow faster” but they also have up or out (in theory). You can be both as part of McKinsey Implementation.
I’m sure it happens they work with big system implementations, but think that’s less common since these are quite standardised and heavy implementations which can be done more cost effectively by others.
More commonly they work with the implementation of larger business transformation programmes following the strategy and bottom-up planning, RTS programs (you can find this on McKinsey website) or business change when applying a proprietary solution for eg pricing.
McK colleagues - please correct me if I’m wrong, I’m not from MI myself.
Agree with my colleague above. MI colleagues work at all levels making change happen. They are embedded within the teams that design the strategy, and they work with clients all the way through impact. They do things like drive whole-company restructurings at-scale. They do not do things like systems implementation which is “playbook” work best done by others.
Wave fees are peanuts... it’s only a mean to enable a more effective transformation. Plus Wave implementation is typically done in <2 weeks by remote team. MI colleagues run the change and business implementation, not the tech stuff related to Wave
