What sectors value an MBA degree right now? I'm only considering doing an MBA for career growth, but I also don't want to spend all the time and energy on a credential that isn't seen as valuable in financial services, which is mainly where I want to be working. What would you say is the current state of affairs with MBAs?

I’m looking to to get into the tech industry. I’ve worked in construction 10+ years and have recently obtained a BSBA, CSM and PMP. Any advice? I’d like to learn the basics what developers do the in the outs so if hired I’d actually be a valuable team member. Should I try DEV boot camp or something similar?

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.

Hello I’m looking for a referral at Medable. I have over 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist and 4 years of experience as a PM/Scrum Master. I’m confident in my ability to lead and deliver complex projects as it relates to clinical trials due to my unique background in clinical pharmacy and Agile methodologies. I have led process improvement strategies removed impediments, leading to significant improvements in timelines and cost reductions.

What would be suggested for long-term growth? Doing growth-related data science at a private equity firm or a role as a monetization pm in a FANG-related company? What are possible growth areas after the job at a PE firm? I'm concerned that a career in PM would plateau.

Interviewing question: for anecdotal “tell me abt a time when..”, & similar questions - are you allowed to recycle stories from your undergrad years or do they only look for post grad/work stuff? Afraid some of the stories that sounded okay at undergrad recruiting might now come across as a bit “lightweight” in this context...like would they eye roll if we start talking about that one time we did a science competition sophomore year of college (even though it taught an important lesson)..etc.🤔
