What should I do if I feel clueless about life (esp. career)?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. When I joined fish bowl 4 months ago I had no intension to switch , after following the discussions here I made up my mind and started applying and now today I was successful to get an offer from 1 of the big4 with almost 150% hike from my current CTC.
