Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Also interested in turnaround consulting — have always thought it interesting but didn’t know the path towards it.

Went through the interview process with A&M and AlixPartners but was ultimately unsuccessful. Both firms seemed to put a premium on referrals, so I would set up some informational interviews with people that work at both firms. LinkedIn is a great place to start.
FTI here! Within the core restructuring group here, we look for people who are very competent in both finance and accounting. Beyond that, we look for what most other accounting firms want: good with the client; team oriented; driven towards self improvement and learning; willing to travel/work long hours.
Sure! Feel free to DM me
I’ve worked with people in our restructuring team from various backgrounds, all financial in some way - traders, investment bankers, credit investors, private equity, auditors. You need to live and breath financial statements and models - know how to build them, and really really know how to interpret them and extrapolate operational insights from reading numbers.
I agree with AP1. Your background would be a easier sell to come into our performance improvement BUs - CPI/PEPI where we have tech services practices.
Can you explain what you are interested in for these firms? There is a diverse array of work that all three of these firms do. All three have vastly different cultures and strategies to grow in the market.
^ btw this post came off harsher than I intended related to A&M. It’s a great firm esp. PEPI, just some processes / structure aren’t as well developed.
