There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

For my pcos ladies on metformin, interesting news article. Be careful out there. The good news I hear is that metformin leaves the body pretty quickly so in 2 days you won't have it in you anymore. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/victoriaforster/2020/04/05/researchers-warn-that-covid-19-treatment-t

Is it a date picker? Or text entry?
If text entry, just say ~ 2 weeks after offer is accepted (or 3 weeks if you want a week off).
If it’s a date picker, pick a Monday around 5 weeks out. If they ask why, explain that you assume there will be around 3 weeks of interviews and you need 2 weeks to put in notice and wrap up. If the process moves faster, then you can start sooner.
The first available day. It shows that you are motivated
It depends on a few things really, the job advert, your current unspent holiday entitlement & your notice period.
If the job advert specifically requests immediate availability they'll want you to start asap after the selection process part of recruitment. If the job advert doesn't specify this, check out the company you're applying for on trust pilot, glassdoor etc.
Check your contract to confirm your notice period before speaking to HR so you're aware of what you've agreed to with your current employer. Dependant on your responsibilities with the company you're currently working for you may be able to forego your notice period without consequence or request that your notice period is paid in leiu of your remaining holiday entitlement.
Then there's the option to negotiate your notice period if you get the job & if your application with the new place is successful then you can confirm a start date & a more realistic notice period at that point.
The worst thing you could do is resign without notice because thats a burned bridge & an employer is more likely to decline a reference request once this is done.
Honestly I don’t even know why they ask. I’ve never had a place ask me why I picked the date. I have had them ask in screening and usually say about 2 weeks and I assume the question is asked in case you would need to relocate or to see if your current job may try to keep
You longer or if you’re under contract.
