What are the results?
38 and this thread gives me hope.
Daily multivitamin, Lexapro (impacts sleep and metabolism), Magnesium for flushing, Fish Oil for my heart, Protein, Creatine, and sometimes Glutamine to maintain. And all the coffee I can handle. Along with not eating processed everything and maintaining a workout regimen, still going strong.
Interested in seeing the replies.
For help sleeping take magnesium theronate. For maintaining creatine and protein.
Do you take creatine exclusively for working out?
F
Protein and electrolytes for me. Everything else is an underwhelming way to create expensive pee, imo. TRT with quarterly bloodwork, a proper diet plan, and emphasizing sleep each are 10x any supplement. Not promoting TRT, just comparing.
Is TRT because of a medical condition? Or is it to build muscle? Or something else?
Thanks

B12, Viramin D and calcium
10000ius of D3, 50mcg of DHEA, Fadogia Agrestis, Tongkat Ali, 3 caps of Omega 3, multi vitamin, 5g creatine everyday, whey protein isolate, caffeine in various forms
I take it for both muscles and brain health. There are many studies showing the benefits of creatine intake for brain health as well as skeletal health when we are older so I just take 5g everyday in a shake or flavored water. It’s the most studied supplement that actually works and it’s very cheap.
40 y.o. here and none at all. Is that wrong?
As long as your doctor says you’re fine you should be Ok. Look at your annual physical blood reports and see where your levels are.
Not taking any. What am I missing?
Multivitamins tablet and whey
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
B12
Psyllium Husk
Zinc
Vitamin D (winter only)
I also just went for my annual physical that I get every 5 years and my testosterone was VERY low so I just started that treatment. I feel much better after a few weeks on it.
- Fish oil for heart and joint health
- B12 complex for energy and mood
- Magnesium (suggested by dr) for muscle and bone health
- Zinc for immune system
- Vitamin D (also suggests by Dr since I work indoors all day) for bone health and immune system
- Biotin for hair and nails but probably doesn’t do anything (I’m balding so trying everything 😅)
