Suspect your agency has high turnover?
You could offer to put together a more comprehensive onboarding doc, that would give you the excuse to ask questions, and make it explicit that a lot of stuff wasn't covered during your own onboarding?
I had a pretty bad onboarding process at my last agency too. Can you talk to your supervisor or team lead to get more insight?
