Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

I don’t think it should be just immediately.
You need a trend, 1, 3, 5 etc
For me, I went from:
- 85 (pre MBA) to 120 (post MBA)
- 3 years: around 200k
- 5 years: 350-400k
- 10 years: 1m
All rough numbers, so for me, ROI was high
It’s a little chicken or the egg
It could be very rewarding .. 200k , 300k, 500k , …1.5M +
268% (85k to 313k)
I had no idea product marketing was so lucrative wow
I'm definitely dating myself, but $35k to $75k with a promo and transfer at the same firm, both salary.
Omg
Hmm shouldnt you theoretically compare the salary you would have had w/o the mba to your post mba salary? Not the salary you last had when you started school
I agree, that’s a good point. I’ll look into that as well
Pre-MBA: 105K
Immediate Post-MBA: 175K
1 Year Post-MBA: 200K
2 Year Post-MBA: 220K
3 Year Post-MBA: 250K
4 Year Post-MBA: 400K
5 Year Post-MBA: ???
Hoping to hit 500-600K next year or two. 1M within next 4-5 years.
When did you switch to PE?
I guess it's Ops?
Salary post MBA was 267% of salary pre-MBA
$101k -> $175k
50k Canadian to 148k USD
1200% TC (800% just base). Went from IB in Southeast Asia to IB in New York. Same role (1st year associate)
4x - nonprofit sector to consulting pivot.
~317% for salary alone, 328% for TC. Went from compliance (where salary made up about 2/3 of my total comp) to strategy consulting.
Worth noting that my pre-MBA comp got frozen during COVID. So never got a raise after 2019 (I started my MBA in 2021).
Consultant 1, curious how many years experience did you have pre mba. did you go full time or part time, and lastly did the school (top 20 vs top 50) have a role to play in your post MBA job as well as salary.
TC increased 118%
- 110 Pre MBA
- 240 Post MBA
I think it’s more important to view comp increases in addition to baseline. For me, I was receiving about 7% annual raises. If I had not completed an MBA I would have been ~135 TC, at the same time with no MBA…so a 44% jump above trend.
Happy with the investment and the friends made along the way.
126% salary increase pre-MBA to the first offer post MBA. Definitely worth it!
85k -> 140k
Went from $77k all-in to $175k all-in (base + cash bonus).
