Anyone know of a good tutor for CFP exam? Thx.
I recently got a verbal offer from KPMG strategy. Is that more prestigious than like, most other firms? Like, I know MBB is done with recruiting; I feel like below MBB for name recognition is the Big 4 and other firms aren’t as reputable. I’m trying to decide whether or not I should interview and apply to other firms or just take this one (assuming a written offer ever comes along). Also, I prioritize work culture and exit opportunities over salary, but don’t want to be paid below poverty line.

Directors are over managers. 😁
I feel like managers are a little more hands-on whereas Directors are great at over-seeing the entire program.
Managers have day to day oversight of operations while directors set the strategic direction for the departments and have responsibility for aligning their departments performance with the organization’s goals by delivering on key performance indicators.
A director is more focused on the big picture. They're responsible for setting goals and strategies and they make sure that the team is aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Managers make sure those goals are met. Easy peasy.
