What's a better exit - DoorDash or Uber for similar roles?

I recently received an offer at Accenture UK in Edinburgh as an L9 software engineering team lead. I have 3 YOE. Compensation package is £40, 000 base and a sign on bonus of £4000. What should I be expecting at this role? Is the offer good enough?

I am in a period of growth in my role (in house and getting more exposure to top management) - im grateful for it but I also have constant anxiety during and after work hours. Does anyone who’s been in a similar position have tips for riding this wave? Hoping it’ll get easier.

If I receive an offer in Austin but end up moving to NYC in the future, does google adjust the compensation? From my understanding I will receive a lower offer based on my location but curious if they apply the same logic to moves after joining?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

What are the chances of Amazon (or FAANG in general) allowing you to apply/interview again for a position that you did not get in the past?

What is the variable pay does Macquarie give year on year ? I’ve been at my clerkship for 5 years (4 with a different judge) and one with my current judge, and I heard horrible things about him before starting, but I assumed they were exaggerated. Turns out they’re all true, and I’ve had to start therapy to deal with him and the incredibly toxic environment. A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.
