Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

What’s the difference between your current salary and the average? You can ask for that plus a small bump (like 5%), say something like “I’ve been researching and it appears the salary for my position is more in line with X. Given the work I’ve been doing this year and the [achievements], do you think we could raise my salary to Y?”
Even if your salary is below average the fact is you agreed to it, so now you have to deal with that being your starting point. You can ask to be brought up to par (which an agency should do from an ethical standpoint, I believe, especially if you’re a woman and/or person of colour) but you can’t frame it as their responsibility to fix since his was something you both agreed to (if you didn’t negotiate, still your fault).
How much OT per week?
In my experience someone would rarely have the opportunity to ask for a specific amount in a performance review situation so you may want to think about your strategy for how you get what you want, not just the amount you want. I’ve had positive situations when I’ve given ranges to my manager of what I’m hoping to make down the road so they know my intentions when a salary review comes up but you’d need to give them time to plant the seed - it can’t be a week before a review, or even weeks (at least at mid-large agencies that have a review process). The alternative is they give you a lower amount than you expected and you have a rebuttal. It can work if you’re valued but it’s not the most successful approach in terms of building trust and making your manager look good (they have to go back to management and fight on your behalf) which should be a consistent strategy in your career.
