Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle. MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Struggling with a decision. Just started a new role with good manager and WLB within healthcare technology. But another large tech firm/cloud/software reached out and willing to pay 20% more. Not sure what the WLF is for this other role. Should I take the better paying role?
