Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. On the portal it is showing 3 interviews as green and in review data in yellow. What does this mean? Tech - DevOps / 5.8 years Infosys
Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Any job is better than no job. Interview, take the job, and work there until you find something else
Full-time permanent gig > trial contract.
Comparable to BDO or GT. You've heard of the big 4? These are the next 3.
Pros: sometimes higher pay, still have technical guidance from national practice, decent technology, international affiliations for cross border work.
Cons (might be pros for the right person) : smaller clients, large private/small public is the niche. Some of their offices are downright tiny.
Don't listen to anything about work life balance. It's hit or miss and depends entirely on your team, office, partner and clients. You are generally more likely to have a better situation than big 4 but that doesn't mean it will be good or even better. Just average will be slightly better.
Source: worked at GT 4 years.
Thanks, I really appreciate the thorough reply. To be honest, those cons sound like pros to me. I did two years at PwC and it really hammered my self worth.
From what I heard their paychecks still cash
Very similar at staff-senior levels. Smaller as you go up.
I worked at Deloitte prior to joining RSM. Pay is comparable to Big4 except don't expect any large bonuses (in fact, only expect small ones, lol).
I’m a senior, and my bonus was 1.5k. DG rating, HCOL
I think they’re a very solid firm. If I decided I didn’t want to do big 4 anymore they’d probably be one of my first stops
