Hi everyone! Anyone in PwC’s Value Creation able to help and discuss qualifications required? I’m looking for a role in which I can use my Ops and manufacturing background for topics such as supply chain, cost reduction, performance improvement and Six Sigma to help increase value. I’m looking at the experienced associate level - could anyone refer if there is a match and or need? Also, is this Advisory or Strategy&? Thank you all! PwC

How could anyone on here possibly answer this?
$145 is MBA salary not experienced hire
Agreed, D1. OP, we would need like at least or 4 other criteria to even start formulating a range. What exactly are you getting at? Are you trying to understand if you're underpaid? If you have to ask, then the answer is probably yes.
145
Lol D3, you trollin?
Nope
Yeah.. Avg 145 for me, for the firm 115 to 125
Ok cool kid, maybe one day we could all be as awesome as you, but you're clearly above average. OP is asking about an average, and while we clearly know little else about what he's looking for, 145k is much higher than most Senior Consultants in a tech capacity. But way to take this opportunity to brag about how big your dick is! Kudos, mate!
120
50k
I don't think 145 is off base
145 is not "the average tech Senior Consultant salary". SALARY? Base salary? No, it is not AVERAGE. Gtfoh.
Tech senior consultant starts from low 100s. We get paid much less than s&o and other service lines
Don't be bitter D2. $145 is about what MBA hires (SCs) come in at... not average but definitely not extremely far off.
Lol I'm not bitter, I make plenty of money. I'm just saying 145 isn't average ... as you just confirmed. So thanks for the backup!
Well.. I'm a DD C and I'm at 110 base. So take that as you will.
DD1, not true. Tech is currently being paid at par with S&O. I know tech consultants with around 100k salaries and SC that range from 110 (pre MBA) to over 140 (post MBA). Just like S&O, tech SCs from MBA come in at 140+ massive sign-on and bonus
Post-MBA SCs from our target schools all start at 145k base. That is not up for debate. Same thing goes for undergrads in commercial. The progressions in between those levels differs by service area/line and performance every year. I highly suggest you all start googling and searching more before asking questions like this. Please.
The problem is, this OP has apparently vanished, so we have zero insight into these criteria. Education level, experience, Deloitte Consulting vs Deloitte Advisory vs Deloitte Digital, the list goes on and on. Unfortunately D10, I don't think people are going to stop asking dumb questions any time soon, regardless of our advice to do so.
Sorry - got caught up with a fire drill at the client site. I was looking for non MBA SCs within Deloitte Consulting.
